Proposed Color Site Plan for Valvoline

This is a new online public hearing! Share your ideas about how this development application might be improved to better serve the community, leave comments and/or ask questions about the proposal using the tabs below.

Project Overview

This is a proposal for a new Valvoline Instant Oil Change planned on a pad site at 13735 Huron Street. This pad site was previously approved for the development of a different Automotive Repair business that has since chosen not to move forward.

Valvoline is proposing a new building that would conform to the same setback, height, and parking standards from the approved Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plan. Because the site is already approved for a similar automotive use, the revised architecture, landscaping, and vehicular layout is eligible for review by City and County of Broomfield staff.

Broomfield is collecting public feedback using this online platform until Monday, November 22nd. Please leave comments and/or ask questions about the proposal using the tabs below.

Landscaping: The site plan proposes landscaping around the perimeter of the site, with new sidewalks, and a tree lawn between the sidewalk and the roadway to the south of the development site.
