On April 5, 2024, the City and County of Broomfield submitted a formal application proposing to rezone the Wottge Open Space from the Planned Unit Development (”PUD”) zone district to the newly created “Open Space” zone district. Public hearing dates will be added to the Key Date section of this page once scheduled.
