North Park Filing No. 2, Replat J Final Plat

Project Overview

McWhinney (the applicant) has submitted an application for a final plat to dedicate necessary rights-of-way for the extension of Promenade Street and the temporary realignment of Huron Street. These roadways are part of an initial infrastructure package (shown in the image below), which is currently being reviewed administratively. The final plat (available in the document library) will require a public hearing with the Land Use Review Commission.

Public notices will be sent to property owners within 1,000 feet of this project, sign(s) will be posted on the property and a notice will be published in the Broomfield Enterprise newspaper. Members of the public can attend the public hearings and provide in person comments if desired.
