Project Overview

McWhinney (the applicant) has submitted an application for a final plat to dedicate necessary rights-of-way for the extension of Promenade Street and the temporary realignment of Huron Street. These roadways are part of an initial infrastructure package (shown in the image below), which is currently being reviewed administratively. The final plat (available in the document library) will require a public hearing with the Land Use Review Commission.
