Survey Sent to Community Organizations
An online survey was sent to over 100 Broomfield community organizations to better understand the health issues that affect the residents of Broomfield who are not reflected in traditional data quantitative data collection efforts. You may have heard these populations referred to as “Hard-to-reach,” “Historically underrepresented,” or “Marginalized.”
Read the email that was sent to community partners and view the survey.
Finalized Quantitative Measures
Measures were selected based on level of priority for our community, subject matter input as well as data quality and availability. The aim was to focus on data that describes the community’s health status from a variety of perspectives while providing an understanding of what can lead to good/poor health outcomes.
Process Shared with Board of Health
An outline of the process was presented to Broomfield's Board of Health. Review the slidedeck and/or watch the recording.
