Broomfield Public Health and Environment (BPHE), in partnership with stakeholders, identified strategies and developed the 2025-2029 Community Health Improvement Plan. The plan was presented to and approved by the Board of Health on Nov. 7. Individuals can review the Summary of the 2025-2029 Community Health Improvement Plan.

Broomfield Public Health and Environment (BPHE) conducted a Community Health Assessment using a variety of data collection methods (quantitative population data, surveys, focus groups, polls) which has informed the 2025-2029 Community Health Improvement Plan.
