Project Description: The application is for a Site Development Plan Amendment to the existing Waterway Gas and Wash. The project is located at 44 W Flatiron Crossing Dr. The existing pay stations will be shifted at the entrance of the car wash tunnels, and the vacuum stalls will be relocated closer to the exit of the tunnel. The applicant is proposing changes to signage and the front of the building, as well as redesigning the parking at the front of the building to provide two more stalls.

The proposed Amendment will also include an area to the west of the site, which will have 12 self-service vacuum bays with an enclosure to house the vacuum equipment. The existing building remain 5,370 square feet, there will be an increase in the paved area of 27,443 square feet.

The proposed vacuum area will be available to customers only during operating hours, and will be turned-off outside of these hours. Hours of operation are Monday-Saturday, 7:30am-8:00pm, and Sunday 8:00am-6:00pm. During peak hours, it is anticipated that 8-9 vacuums will be used at any given time.
