Formal Submittal
The developer has submitted their formal application for the Vista Pointe Homes PUD Plan Amendment and Comprehensive Plan amendment application. City staff will review the documents and refer them to other reviewing departments and agencies for feedback. The project may go through several rounds of review prior to the scheduling of public hearings. Public hearing dates will be added to the Key Date section of this page once scheduled.

City Council approved the PUD Plan Amendment and Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map Amendment on July 30, 2024. Future development of the site will require a future development application for a Site Development Plan and engagement will be encouraged in the future.
