Key Dates

The applicant completed a neighborhood meeting on June 6th of 2024.

The applicant will present the development plans to the Land Use Review Commission (LURC) at a public hearing. LURC will provide a recommendation of approval or denial to City Council.

City Council will consider the application for a Use by Special Review, and the first reading of the rezoning application on March 25th.
