The proposed monument sign is approximately four feet, two inches (4’2”) tall and four feet, five inches (4’5”) wide.

The Sheltair Aviation is proposing a new monument sign in front of their hanger located at 9586 Metro Airport Avenue. The proposed monument sign is be located in right-of-way owned by the City and County of Broomfield.
Site Access and Parking
There is one access points to this Sheltair hanger. The new monument sign will be located within Broomfield owned right-of-way. A second hanger with a separate parking lot entrance is located on the adjacent parcel to the southeast, and the monument sign approved in 2020 is located in the right-of-way near the adjacent parcel.
