Broomfield Marijuana Business License Application Notice

Public Comment on the applications received for Broomfield’s three retail marijuana licenses is closed. Public comments on business applications were accepted from Dec. 5, 2022 to Jan. 13, 2023 at 5 p.m.

Here is what you need to know:

  • Comments will be accepted from Dec. 5, 2022, to Jan. 13, 2023, at 5 p.m.
  • Applications are available for review below, If you need assistance to review the applications please call 303.438.6332 or email cityclerkmarijuana@broomfield.org.
  • Comments may be submitted electronically or via hard copy.
    • Electronic comments can be made below.
    • Hard copy comments may be dropped off at the City and County building during business hours until 5 p.m. on Jan. 13. Please include the name of the business application at the top of EACH page of hard copy comments.

Comments will close on Jan. 13, 2023 at 5 p.m. and will be considered by the Selection Committee during application review. Learn more about retail marijuana in Broomfield at Broomfield.org/Marijuana.
