The Harvest Station PUD Amendment concept review has concluded and a formal development review application has not been submitted.
Project Details
Harvest Station is comprised of approximately 25.4 acres and is located at the southeast intersection of US Highway 36 and State Highway 128 within Area 2 of the "Original Broomfield Neighborhood Plan". The text amendment is for Tracts A & B which are approximately 11.6 acres.
The concept proposal is to add additional residential units to the approved Harvest Station Planned Unit Development (PUD). The proposed amendment will permit Multi- Family, Assisted Care Facilities, Senior Housing and Limited Care Facilities within the remaining undeveloped Tracts A & B.
The proposed plan features five new multi-family residential buildings located on two parcels. These parcels additionally feature community amenities and open space areas.

Following the review of the formal application, public hearings will be scheduled in accordance with the application review process timeline. Public notices will be sent to property owners within 1,000 feet of this project, sign(s) will be posted on the property and a notice will be published in the Broomfield Enterprise newspaper. Members of the public can attend the public hearings and provide in person comments if desired.

Formal Review

The applicant submits the development plans to the City. City staff reviews the documents and refers them to other reviewing departments and agencies for feedback. The project will go through several rounds of review on the request prior to the scheduling of public hearings.
Land Use Review Commission Hearing
