The intent of the I-3(J) district is to accommodate light industrial uses including light manufacturing, wholesale uses, warehousing, mini-warehouse and storage, sales at retail, storage of boats/trailers/recreational vehicles. The proposed use is consistent with the existing zoning for the property.
The underlying Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designation is 'Mixed-Use Commercial'. The proposed development is consistent with the uses anticipated to develop in areas with the mixed-use designation.
