Project Description: The Land Use Review Commission approved amendment captures changes to an originally approved three-story medical office building. This amendment adds two stories to the building and to changes the building's architectural style.

The proposed architecture will be contemporary modern. 

Consistency with Zoning: The property is zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD) and subject to the Broomfield Urban Transit Village Planned Unit Development Plan, the Wadsworth Urban Renewal Plan

Consistency with the Comprehensive Plan and Compatibility with Surrounding Uses: The property is designated as "Transit Oriented Development" per the 2016 Comprehensive Plan. The proposed office is compatible with the surrounding uses and consistent with the uses, policies and goals outlined in the comprehensive plan for TODs.
