Zoning, Surrounding Uses and Comprehensive Plan: The historic landmarked Brunner Farmhouse is zoned PUD. Surrounding uses include residential to the west, and open space and trails (The Fields) to the east, north, and south. Site Circulation, Parking and Multimodal Access: The building is accessed from Main Street. Parking is located to the west of the farmhouse. ADA parking and access is provided via a ramp to the building. Pedestrian and bicycle trails provide access from the north, south, and east. Density, Unit Type and Income Aligned Housing: Not applicable Landscaping, Open Lands, Parks and Trail Amenities: This building is situated on The Fields which contains open space and trails. Landscaping surrounds the south and east sides of the building. Potential Variances: It is unlikely that a variance to the COHA will be required. Possible Key Issues: Staff has not identified any key issues with this proposal.

Certificate of Historic Appropriateness Application Submitted

The applicant submits the scope of work, project narrative and material samples to the City and County of Broomfield. City staff reviews the documents and notifies the Historic Landmark Board of the application. City staff works with the Historic Landmark Board to schedule a public hearing.
