Project Description

This proposal is for the conversion of an existing retail building (a former Pizza Hut) at 6445 w 120th Avenue, for use as a Drive-Through Coffee Shop. The site is in an Urban Renewal Area and is subject to the West 120th Avenue Corridor Sub-Area Plan, which identifies drive-throughs as a use requiring approval by special review. Collectively, this requires the approval of an Urban Renewal Site Plan and Use by Special Review that will document changes to vehicular and pedestrian access, building architecture, and a revised landscape plan.
