    Hello!

    Our Active Adult Yoga classes at BCC are currently full.  Please check back on a regular basis as participants that are not able to come, cancel their appointments and spots are then available.  Another great option for Active Adult Yoga is Gentle Yoga on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6 p.m. at the Broomfield Community Center. Please check for these classes on b-rex.com and search for Yoga.

    Great Question!

    Every pool in the new Community Center (cold water, warm water, therapy pool and hot tub) will have an accessible lift.

    The warm water, therapy pool, and hot tub have both ladders and real steps with handrails.

    The cold water pool only has ladders with handrails.

    Thank you for reaching out. As of now, we are planning to have a little library in the Fireside Lounge at the new Community Center.  We hope you can continue to enjoy this resource in the new space!

     Thanks for the question! Yes, the cold pool area will be a meter pool. 

    July 2020 Edit: Both the warm water and cold water pool are 25 yards long.
    The warm water pool will accommodate six lanes, and its depth ranges from 3.5' to 6.6' deep. The cold water pool will accommodate nine lanes, and its depth ranges from 4' to 7'. The diving well is 13' deep.

    Thanks for the question! The Cold Water pool area at the new Broomfield Community Center should seat approximately 190 people.

    Both the warm water and cold water pool are 25 yards long.

    Meeting rooms are available at the current community center, and reservation information is available here. Since the official timeline for the opening of the new facility has not been set, reservations at the new facility are not yet available.

    The cold water lap pool is a 9 lane, 25 yard swimming pool. The width of the pool is 67 feet (about 22.3 yards). The depth of the pool is 4 feet in the shallow end and then gradually increases in depth. The deep end of the pool is between 7 - 13 feet deep.

    The warm water lap pool is a standard 6 lane, 25 yard pool. The depth of the pool is 3'6" to 6'6".
