We are Realizing Aptitudes, a Broomfield nonprofit on a mission to provide young adults with formal guidance to find their educational and career path based on their personal strengths, interests, and aptitudes. Our coaches blend 1:1 guidance with online assessments to create an individualized, actionable career plan. We also focus on stress management to help students gain insight and develop skills to positively navigate stressful transitions. In addition to our career coaching program, we offer a range of standalone workshops on topics including character strengths, personal branding, and stress management.
